Cardno is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Altamonte Springs, Florida office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

> Provides principle administrative and accounting support, usually to one individual, and, in some cases, to that subordinate staff of that individual
> Also prepares invoices, and works on billing and collections for approval by supervisor
> Assist with writing/editing quality content for proposals, marketing materials, presentations
> Assist with RFP/RFQ compliance, reviews and production, QAQC standards
> Duties include composing correspondence about administrative matters for supervisory approval, preparing materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, phone calls, etc., prepares special or one-time reports, summaries or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources

Job Requirements


> High School Diploma
> 0-2 years’ experience
> Advanced Microsoft Suite experience, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel including styles and layout
> Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record preferred
> Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
> Excellent time management and communication skills
> Strong attention to detail and accuracy; quality assurance expertise
> Knowledge of government procurement processes, contracts and RFPs – not required but would be a plus
