Job Description

Cardno is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to work in our Phoenix, Arizona office. The Project Manager will work with Project Engineers from conceptual engineering through construction documents while supervising Project Designers and Drafters. The position will require design skills for grading, paving, sewer, and water.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

> Assist in the preparation of all project documents
> Assist with preparation and submittal of project documents
> Coordination with other in-house disciplines
> Assist in the construction administration
> Managing a design team, client coordination, business development, and quality assurance/quality control

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

> Minimum 5 years of experience with Arizona P.E.
> Experience in residential and commercial development – grading, paving, water, and sewer design
> Extensive experience with Civil 3D
> Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Must be able to work in an environment where safety is at the forefront of all operations
