Job Description

Cardno is seeking an Ecologist in our Riverview, FL office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

> Assist with field data collection and conduct field surveys
> Eagerness to learn and follow current data collections methodologies, protocol, and environmental agency regulations, especially for Federal and state listed species

Job Requirements


> Undergraduate currently enrolled in courses related to the Environmental Studies, including policy, and Biological Sciences
> Zero (0) to Five (5) years’ experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
> Basic GPS data collection skills
> Strong writing skills
> Familiarity with the current U.S. Fish and Wildlife (FWS) and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) listed species regulations and guidelines

• Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.
