Job Description

Cardno is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst to join the Regional Services team in our Lone Tree, Colorado office. This position will be accountable for accurately processing pay for all US employees. The successful candidate will be able to function efficiently and effectively in a small team environment, have excellent customer services orientation, a high degree of professionalism, passion for success and desire to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

> Processes all pay requirements
> Processes all changes from other sources
> Analyzes data to ensure accurate checks
> Creates and Maintains SOP’s
> Creates efficiencies and processes for PW and Union payrolls
> Completes and delivers all Certified Payroll Registers
> Processes and files all Union Dues
> Process Per Diem Cash Cards

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

> 1 - 2 years' payroll processing experience preferred
> Prevailing wage experience preferred
> Expert with efficiencies
> Analyst with good attention to detail and accuracy
> Intermediate Excel skills
> Must be an independent worker
> Good organization skills
> A desire to learn
> Strong prioritization ability
> Bachelor’s degree preferred
