Cardno is seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Tampa, FL office

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

> Develops designs for project elements using standard practices and techniques
> Applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusts and correlates data
> Solves complicated design issues
> Mentors others who need assistance with design and plans production
Responsible for directing, scheduling, training and disciplining all associates assigned by the Service Group Leader

Job Requirements


> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Geophysics or related field is required and at least eight (8) years of relevant experience is required
> Three (3) years of experience managing FDOT projects preferred
> Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer is required
> Experience in leadership, project management, and staff supervision is required
> Must have strong skills in the following areas: written and oral communication, supervisory and mentoring, attention to details and accuracy, planning, decision making, problem solving
> CAD, using Microstation or Auto CAD, and/or PC, using Microsoft Office
