Cardno Government Services is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager in our Boise, Idaho office, with a focus on Environmental Planning or Environmental Engineering services for a variety of Federal, state, and local projects and clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

>Enthusiastic leader functioning as the leader of the office and project teams who are involved in projects for Federal, state and local clients.

>Direct/mentor team members as they advance through their respective careers.

>Consult with project teams and clients to determine project plans and schedules.

>Work with the office team and integrate across other Cardno offices, practices, and client programs to identify, track and win Federal, state, and local work.

>Plans layouts of projects and integrates component elements into unified design for client review and approval

>Grows and maintains positive client relationships.

>Work with internal and external teams to prepare studies and reports.

>Directly supervise numerous employees and at times subcontractors involved in the project.

>Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

Job Requirements


>BA/BS degree in relevant discipline

>10 years’ experience in Environmental Planning, Cultural or Natural Resources Management, Master Planning or Engineering consulting

>Business development expertise for federal clients, and demonstrated ability to build business is critical to this position. Having existing client contacts is especially helpful.

>Strong client satisfaction track record

>Demonstrated commitment and focus on Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

>Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

>Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

>Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.

>Superior leadership and management skills
